It was my birthday weekend and as a birthday person, I chose that our family get up early and see the Ironman compete. We woke up at 5:30 to get to the pier to see the first swim by 6:45. We got there early but there were so many people already that we had to watch it from afar. Then we crashed B & J Kim's dorm room and ate their week's worth of food! oops... We came home to sleep and then went back to the finish line after dinner at home. Overall, it was a good day.
Sunday, B. Kim made a delicious dinner for all of us! YUM! I think we'll have them cook for us every sunday! But the most happy moment was watching our kids laughing so hard with the Kim's kids. They were playing with each other as if they were cousins... not friends. They seem so close and so uninhibited. We are really blessed by Kim's presence here on this island!

I decided to start walking again. I found out that my cholestrol level both good and the bad are BAD! So, start with what I can do... exercise. But what kind of green leafy things can i eat that taste good? My family would all faint if I serve anything green with leaves on them... Any suggestions...
